Morocco

I recommend Morocco as a destination for all bladers to check out. Located at the tip of North Africa, it is accessible by ferry from Spain, making it a reachable destination for bladers from all over Europe or American pros visiting Barcelona. I asked who the skaters of Morocco would like to skate with the most and the answers I got were Chris Haffey, Frankie Morales, Brian Aragon, and Dustin Latimer. When you arrive in Morocco expect to be overwhelmed by culture shock. Let your worries go, smoke the best hashish in the world and sip mint tea with the locals. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and gorgeous women, and drink plenty of refreshing Sidi Ali water.

I found the same thing while studying in Tunisia! Rolerblading is huge there. (In comparison to skateboarding and bikes.) I think it’s the french influence over those north african countries.

But yeah i saw a pair of m13s

    Heaps of rec skates

    Skates I’d never heard of.

They even had a competition that was put on by a local media group.

Such a good scene, and such unique street spots.
