TJ Webber – MINI REVIEWS: A QUARANTINE SERIES

Before Spassov, Eugen, The Pharm, and DL, there was TJ Webber. Known as a skater’s skater, he was always pulling out unique tricks and even when doing traditional moves he somehow had a unique way of lacing them. Arguably one of the first bladers to develop a refined style of his own, when blading hit its first plateau of trick innovation and enough tricks existed that we could pick and choose which to do and not do. This classic joint from Brian Bowen-Smith’s “Wasteland” should be part of everyone’s blade education, old school or new school.
