LOOKBACK #13: Box Magazine Class of 2000

LOOKBACK

This week, let’s take a look at the Box Magazine Class of 2000 from the January 2000 issue. It is interesting to look at the list of names featured and see the different paths their lives have taken. Every skater on the list has left an impact on skating. Some of them continue to influence the blading universe with their skating or other talents, while others have moved on with their lives or faded into obscurity or infamy. — Ben Rogers

Where are the updates for 2011? Where are those listed who have disappeared from the sport? Would have been nice to see an update 10+ years later on each, if possible..

    So wheres that part?

Was this just a food for thought article? Why not talk about where these guys are at now?

Some, but not all are still putting out sections or are somehow involved in skating. What about the others?

… There are so many ways this could have been turned into an VERY interesting article, instead you just scanned and reprinted an old article.

That’s ace, it brings back memories of my skating youth, even though its not me and I live in the UK, it still connected to my own skating in 2000 🙂 cool article

I MISS BOX MAGAZINE! Those were the good ole days. I’m about to take a dusty one off the shelf for a nice throwback read.
