Edwin Zepeda is a true OG that has been rolling LA for over 14 years. He grew up in the toughest of neighborhoods and was influenced by local gangs, but “thank God” skating has kept him busy and out of trouble. His influences came from his local crew which consisted of Omar Wysong, Josh Letona and other progressive Los Angeles skaters. Edwin discovered negatives grinds years ago, back when they hardly existed on blades — mastering them before these tricks were in skate videos. Today, Ed still skates a few times a week and rocks the original Wysong Kizer Diamond frames, because they will last forever. Mr. Zepeda now influences the next generation of LA OGs with his flawless, smooth style.
