SPOTLIGHT: Welcome to 2011

Well, today is the first day of the rest of your life. Or the first day of a new year. Or just another day. Sort of depends on your disposition/amount of champagne previously consumed. But to ring in the start of 2011 we asked some of our favorite bladers to share their thoughts on the year that was 2010, as well as any resolutions they’ve made for the coming months. Consider it inspiration, or information, or just our way of saying Happy New Year. — ONE

Maybe not a resolution, but here’s hopes that in 2011 I can keep my body in one piece! No serious injuries! — Dominc Sagona

2011 Resolution: Eat healthier, skate better, and become more active in organizing events inside and outside our industry to provide a stronger future for blading.

2010: South America, Turkey, Roksilde, Scandanavia, FISE, epic Street Artist/Vibralux tour, getting injured again… 2010 was awesome, but 2011 is gonna be way better. — Billy O’Neill

2011 for me will be business as usual. Never looking back, always moving forward, and trying to progress as much as possible along the way. — Chris Haffey

Just to blade my heart out in 2011 and hope for the best! I’m also going to work on the photography side of things. 2012 is right around the corner, best be handling our shit this year! Blade or die, motherfuckers. — Jeff Stockwell

Is it two-thousand-eleven or twenty-eleven?  Either way the shit looks bright to me. Live your dream or die in 2011. — JC Rowe

My New Year’s resolution is to get rid of my Texas license and get my Minnesota license, again. — Chris Farmer

How about you, got a resolution or something to say about 2010/2011? Let us know in the comments.
