Im anticipating this video release. My only real concern is that I went into a Borders bookstore last week and I couldn’t find ONE magazine. I understand that it would most likely just sit there bc the amount of rollerbladers populating the world is scarce. So I ask myself what can be done to help the problem. AND IT IS A PROBLEM THAT NOBODY ROLLERBLADES. So after countless hours of thought, I have reached a solution: If rollerbladers stop being pussies and join up with skateboarders in every way possible we will gain more rollerbladers. Now i am not asking u to kiss a skateboarders ass after he tells u ur sport is gay shmuck. What Im saying is we need 2 utilize the tools and formula of the skateboarders in every which way. If u own a skateshop, start selling skateboards also and more kids will come to ur shop. There is a good chance a few skateboarders will notice the cool looking inline skates and decide 2 buy them. Also, sumthing Ive noticed is that the overall attitude of a skateboarder is, “skate or die, get in my way rollerblader and I’ll run right over u, die fruitbooter, etc.” I know, it may not be the wisest way to live ur life but think about it, we live in a dog eat dog world. If u cant make the team, too bad sonny. So we need 2 man up and start acting like sum skateboarders or I dont know how else to say it, be an asshole! Any way u look at it, there is a reason kids choose skateboarding over rollerblading and if we decide 2 ignore this and just be nice and gay then the money problems will never go away.

Is this going to be on Blu-Ray?

I haven’t bought a skate video in like, 5 years, but I’d definitely buy an HD rip of this.

If it’s not I will pay you to send me the HD cut of this thing. I really don’t want to see it upscaled on my tv.

    Thanx d00dz.

PLEASE consider putting it on iTunes or in download format. iTunes would give more sales, spread rollerblading to a wider audience I know I am not the only one rooting for this.

mmm yea id rather be tough and than act it .. and the truth is from what ive seen there arent many skatboarders who arent pussies… eg ooo oww i fell over i just may lay here like some soccer player pretending im hurt what a joke.. no pain no gain and i dont see much or should i say alot of skatboarders that can actually stand up for what they do and show what its all about…. same shit different day… i respect the minority that actually focus and progress every time their out skating what ever it may be…and have fun….

dont mean to do the obvious and point out some truth…

sure you fall… you hurt but dont lay there…. get up and move on…

what is being an asswhole have to do with being recognised??

how long have their sport been around as a sport…? since the 70s…

sure rollerskates where born in 1760 but we didnt develope into what is rollerblades until 1980 and our sport until 92 so we cant expect to be out there like we were 95 with the interest and wide spread coverage of our sport…. yea we get on LG via extreme channel… we get news on local tv every now and then and on web sites around the world.. as well as hungry jacks in sweden for eg showing the 2006 release of 46 rollerblading doco.. which helps… what we had in 95 was due to only the fact that inline skates where popular among everyone and from that we spung onto Xgames with the support of inline skatings influnece in movies.. Adds and events… as well as the general public being exposed to what is rollerblading…

we are at our 20th anniversery since “where it all began” with chris edwards doing the first frontside grind, skateboards are at their 40th year so 20years difference… but in saying that No doubt in my mind due to the fact how fun and amazing the sport is in terms of style, the variety… The FREEDOM the culture we have created we will get the recognition and acceptence.. F… what anyone says they dont know.. because they havent tried it out soo like it says everyday is a good day to get some one to blade even if its just inline skates… doesnt have to be aggressive skates..

your mum & dad…. and your brother… sister… go from there… you dont buy respect you earn it… being out doing street with friends and exposing what it is is doing your job you could say.. at the same time as having fun.. not because of popularity but what it means to you and what it gives you…

hey i dont know if id be as athletic if i didnt have this as a sport.. ;P

i dont see skatboarding going much further… its soo wide spread that in the end it will be like “yea and so what” and it is… it ll be a good thing to let the wanna be’s just fall away and actually see the core hardcoare skatboarders for what is what they do.

it can only re refine what they offer… eg rodney mullen with the board as ive been shown by others thats cool….

you encounter situations where you think aww well its going so well we/i dont have to put soo much effort into showing what can be done…

sorry for the tangent hope you know what im getting accross and keep it in mind..

what we do is a type of art as its been said.. a freedom of expression… a place to make good friends and have fun experiences… partying… skating, travel… and of course others when out chillin ;P, way to get around quick.. music… what we wear… is of course of our own chooseing… not set by any standards…
