The Berbere Street Contest is going down April 27th through 29thin the city of Agadir. There is no entrance fee for competitors and first place will receive a pair of Razors and other prizes. Skaters from all over Morocco and Razors Pro rider Mathias Silhan will be there. Missa Abdallah of the Santa Cruz Foundation is asking all blading companies for clothing, frames, wheels, stickers, or anything else that he can give to the skaters of Morocco as gifts. The Santa Cruz Foundation has offered to pay any shipping costs of goods sent for the competition. Just send the box to the address below and they will pay for it.

    I found the same thing while studying in Tunisia! Rolerblading is huge there. (In comparison to skateboarding and bikes.) I think it’s the french influence over those north african countries.

    But yeah i saw a pair of m13s

    Heaps of rec skates

    Skates I’d never heard of.

    They even had a competition that was put on by a local media group.

    Such a good scene, and such unique street spots.
