SPOTLIGHT: A Day with Obedoza

Blading chef Michael Obedoza attended a conference in San Diego a few blocks away from ONE headquarters, so he was a staple around town over the weekend. We got rained out on Saturday night, but Sunday afternoon was sunny and dry so we got about two hours in — blading from spot to spot in downtown SD. Here’s how our session went down.
