The winter has been kind in Pittsburgh for once. Sessions have been plentiful, and with them, new spots. Thanks to the keen eyes and dedication of many Pittsburgh bladers, we have all been skating on new obstacles and terrain. Shane Conn, Cody Reffner, and I found this spot during a weekend session in an area known as Beechview. None of us had explored the area before so we were pretty excited when we found this spot. Not only did Shane Conn lace this mute grab over the rail to roll down the brick bank, but we all had a good time finding something to do. This photograph was shot at 1/250th on a Canon 7D at f5.0, ISO 800, with one Vivitar 284hv flash directly in front of Shane.
